We understand these measures may be a difficult situation but we must continue to follow all legislated efforts designed to keep our members and staff safe, and for our facility to remain open.

COVID-19 RESPONSE TIMELINE:
MARCH 2022 - RESTRICTION CHANGES (MASKING MANDATE AND PRE-SCREENING FORM)
On March 21, 2022 the Ontario Provincial Government lifted the requirement for businesses to conduct health screenings and removed the mandatory masking requirement, As such, Keystone Dance Co will no longer require patrons to wear a face mask to enter the studio grounds and during classes. That said, patrons may continue to use a face mask at their personal discretion.
In addition, Keystone Dance Co will no longer require patrons to complete the online pre-screening form prior to their visit. However, temperature checks will continue upon each visit for each patron.
Keystone Dance Co will continue to maintain its cleaning protocols in place to help keep our members and community safe.

MARCH 2022 - PROOF OF FULL VACCINATION: QR CODE
On March 1, 2022, the Ontario Provincial Government lifted the proof of vaccination (QR code) requirement for businesses/premises used for sports and recreational fitness activities. As such, Keystone Dance Co will not require patrons to present their proof of vaccination (QR code) in order to enter the premise. However, masking, physical distancing, pre-screening and hygiene requirements will remain in effect.
FEBRUARY 2022 - CAPACITY LIMIT
On February 17, 2022, the Ontario Provincial Government announced businesses/premises used for sports and recreational fitness activities, that require proof of vaccination, are permitted to open at full capacity.
JANUARY 2022 - RE-OPENING STAGE 2
On January 5, 2022, Keystone Dance Co entered Stage 2 of the Ontario Provincial Re-Opening plan. Unfortunately, indoor training and classes to the public remained temporarily suspended.
On January 20, 2022, the Ontario Provincial Government announced businesses/premises used for sports and recreational fitness activities, that require proof of vaccination, are permitted to open at 50% capacity.
On January 31, 2022, Keystone Dance Co reopened while operating at 50% capacity and requirement of proof of vaccination for patrons 12 years of age and above to enter.
JANUARY 2022 - PROOF OF FULL VACCINATION: QR CODE
As of January 4, 2022, the Province is requiring the use of the enhanced vaccine certificate with QR code and the Verify Ontario app in settings where proof of vaccination is required. The QR code can be used digitally or by printing a paper copy. Patrons can download their enhanced certificate with QR code by visiting https://covid-19.ontario.ca/book-vaccine.
Patrons must provide a form of identification so that Keystone Dance Co can confirm the proof of vaccination belongs to the person presenting it. Identification must be issued by an institution or public body and show your name and date of birth. A photo identification is not required.
Examples of identification documents that may be used as proof of identification include:
Photocopies and electronic versions of ID (stored in phone) may be used by youth, aged 12-17.
Ontario will also strengthen the verification process for medical exemptions and clinical trial exemptions by requiring a certificate with a QR code. Organizations and businesses that are under the provincial proof-of-vaccination system will be advised to no longer accept physician notes as of January 10, 2022.
DECEMBER 2021 - PROOF OF FULL VACCINATION
As of December 20, 2021, the Province is requiring proof of vaccination for youth aged 12 to 17 years participating in organized sports at recreational facilities. Patrons considered under this category will be required to present their proof of vaccination at the point of entry for each visit at Keystone Dance Co.
SEPTEMBER 2021 - PROOF OF FULL VACCINATION
On September 22, 2021, the Ontario Provincial Government mandated all businesses/premises with indoor areas of facilities used for sports and recreational fitness activities were required to ask patrons for proof of full vaccinations against COVID-19 before entering the premises, subject to exemptions (O.Reg. 364/20). Patrons intending to enter the area of business must have a valid digital or printed copy of their COVID-19 vaccination record along with a proof of identity to present to the business.
As a result of this mandate, Keystone Dance Co was expected to comply with the provincial regulations.

The following Keystone Dance Co Patrons (i.e. faculty and staff, members, visitors, rentals, volunteers, vendors and spectators) will be required proof of full vaccination and identification at each visit at point of entry:

It's important to note that the information on your validation of identification must match your proof of vaccination record. Except for limited circumstances set out in O.Reg. 364/20, Patrons are prohibited from entering the premises of Keystone Dance Co without providing such information.

JULY 2021 - RE-OPENING STAGE 3
On July 16, 2021, Keystone Dance Co entered Stage 3 of the Ontario Provincial Re-Opening plan. Although regulations permitted indoor training and classes, our services remain temporarily suspended. The Keystone Dance Co team is working hard to ensure we follow the proper regulations and protocols for our reopening. Please stay tuned for reopening details.
JUNE 2021 - RE-OPENING STAGE 1 & 2

DECEMBER 2020 - PROVINCIAL LOCKDOWN
On December 26, 2020 effective 12:01 AM, Keystone Dance Co was forced to temporarily close due to the Provincial-wide Shutdown directed by the Ontario Provincial Government.
SEPTEMBER 2020 - RE-OPENING
In accordance with Phase 3 of the Ontario Provincial & Durham Region Health Department Re-opening plan, Keystone Dance Co. commenced our regularly scheduled dance programs as of September 2020. However, our weekly drop-in classes continued to remain temporarily cancelled.
MARCH 2020 - PROVINCIAL LOCKDOWN
On March 15th 2020, Keystone Dance Co was temporarily closed due to the provincial government health concerns and required regulations surrounding COVID-19.
